E STAR

E STAR is an ultra-early eggplant hybrid, characterized by a short growing season of about 50 days from seedling transplant. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in closed greenhouses and film tunnels, making it a universal solution for various climatic conditions and cultivation methods. The plant is compact, which facilitates care and allows for efficient use of planting area.

The fruits of the E STAR eggplant have an elongated shape, about 25 cm long, and weigh from 250 to 300 grams. Their skin is matte, dark purple, and the pedicel stands out with a purple hue. An important feature is the absence of bitterness, which makes the fruit taste very pleasant and even slightly sweet. The absence of thorns on the plant makes harvest collection more convenient and safe.

The hybrid is distinguished by high resistance to diseases, which reduces the need for frequent use of protective agents and contributes to a stable yield. E STAR is ideal for processing: slicing into rings, grilling, drying, and freezing. The recommended planting density is 30,000–35,000 plants per hectare, which ensures optimal development and maximum productivity.
