The plant forms round, snow-white heads weighing 2–3 kg, with a dense structure and slightly sweet taste, making them suitable for fresh consumption, processing, pickling, and freezing. Leaves are dark green or blue-green, forming an elevated rosette that fully covers the heads and protects them from adverse weather conditions. The hybrid exhibits strong growth and vigorous development even under stressful conditions such as temperature fluctuations and hot weather. Cabbage Almagro F1 demonstrates excellent stress resistance and stable yield, while requiring mineral fertilization and protection from frost. A distinctive feature of this variety is 100% self-protective flower buds, ensuring uniform ripening and high head consistency — particularly important for commercial production. Recommended planting density ranges from 30,000 to 37,000 plants per hectare, with increased density up to 35–37,000 during summer for optimal growth.
