Dill Carousel

The Carusel dill variety belongs to early-maturing types, with market readiness starting 41-43 days after full germination, and for spices - 52-60 days. The plant is spreading, of medium height with a semi-erect rosette of leaves about 23 cm high. The leaves are green, moderately cut, with flattened thread-like segments 20-21 cm long and 16-17 cm wide, giving the plant a neat and attractive appearance. The mass of greens from one plant ranges from 10 to 30 grams, while the average yield of greens reaches 1.1 kg per square meter, and the spice yield is 3.0-3.5 kg per square meter. The leaves possess strong aroma, making this variety particularly valuable for culinary use. Carusel dill umbels are widely used for preparing spiced marinades during canning and pickling of vegetables, expanding its usage possibilities. This dill variety is characterized by good adaptability and is suitable for cultivation to obtain both greens and spices. Thanks to its early maturity and high yield, Carusel is an excellent choice for gardeners and farmers seeking to obtain quality and aromatic dill in a short time.
