From seedling emergence to technical fruit ripeness takes 105-115 days, and to biological maturity - 125-135 days. The plant is medium-sized, compact, and semi-stemmy. The fruits are conical, smooth, 2-3 chambered, weighing between 95 and 140 grams. At technical maturity, they are white-cream in color, turning a rich red at biological maturity. The flesh thickness ranges from 4-7 mm, with a sweet and pleasant taste. The Ivyango variety is resistant to diseases such as Verticillium wilt, Alternaria, and Mosaic, making it a reliable choice for cultivation. It is recommended to grow via seedlings; seeds should be sown into soil at +20...+25 °C to a depth of 1-1.5 cm. The variety yields 6-8 kg per square meter, equivalent to 70-80 tons per hectare. Due to its characteristics, the pepper is ideal for canning, processing, freezing, and fresh consumption. The Ivyango variety is not only highly productive but also easy to use.
