Description BUMER
Cucumber Bumer — a fast-maturing hybrid that begins fruiting 45-50 days after emergence of seedlings. It is predominantly female-flowering and distinguished by high yield — up to 6-8 kg of fruit can be harvested from one plant. Three to four fruits form in each female node, promoting abundant fruiting. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under temporary plastic coverings, making it versatile for various climatic conditions.

The fruits of cucumber Bumer are cylindrical, 10-12 cm long and 3.0-3.5 cm in diameter. They are dark green with a finely ribbed surface. The cucumbers have a thin skin, dense flesh, and excellent flavor, making them attractive to consumers. Additionally, they possess good storability and transportability, allowing them to retain freshness during transit and storage.

The hybrid is resistant to several diseases, including powdery mildew, root rot, and olive spot, and also exhibits relative resistance to false powdery mildew. Thanks to partial parthenocarpy, cucumber Bumer can fruit under various conditions, even with insufficient pollination. All these qualities make this variety an excellent choice for gardeners seeking a high and stable yield of quality cucumbers.
