Cucumber ANDREYSHA

Efficient Yield Management

The «Andryusha» cucumber hybrid is designed for growers who prioritize speed and consistency. As a vegetative-type plant, it demonstrates robust growth and strong fruit setting, which is vital for maintaining productivity in both glass greenhouses and open field operations. Its parthenocarpic nature ensures fruit development without the need for pollination, providing security against inconsistent yields.

Field Application and Benefits

• Disease Resistance: A significant advantage is its resistance to downy mildew (peronosporosis). This trait is a game-changer for field management, as it reduces the need for frequent fungicide interventions and protects overall crop health.
• Product Quality: The fruits, measuring 7–9 cm in length with a finely tuberculate skin, meet high market standards. Their uniform green color and crisp texture make them ideal for both fresh market sales and commercial pickling.

With an early harvest cycle of 40–45 days, this hybrid fits perfectly into tight crop rotation schedules. Whether you are managing professional greenhouse complexes or open-ground farms, the stability of «Andryusha» allows for better planning and reduced operational risks. Its performance is particularly valued in regions where humidity levels typically encourage the development of fungal pathogens, making it a reliable staple in the field.
