ALLIGATOR 3 — a high-yielding early cucumber hybrid, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The vegetative period is 38-48 days, allowing for a quick harvest. Plants are strong, vigorous, with a cluster-type fruiting habit, where one to three fruits form in a single leaf axil. The main stem can reach up to 2.5 meters in height, and leaves are flat and well-shaped, promoting good growth and fruiting.

Fruits of this variety have an elongated-cylindrical shape, 30-40 cm long, and weigh about 280-310 grams. The skin is dark green, ribbed, and thin, giving the cucumbers an attractive appearance. The cucumbers have excellent flavor — the flesh is juicy, sweet, tender, and free of bitterness. Due to their size and taste qualities, ALLIGATOR 3 cucumbers are ideal for fresh consumption, especially for salads and light snacks.

The hybrid is highly resistant to diseases, particularly powdery mildew, as well as stress-tolerant and capable of withstanding adverse conditions and low light. Fruiting is prolonged and abundant, ensuring a stable and high yield — an average of 14-16 kg per square meter. Although these cucumbers can be used for pickling in slices, their large size makes them less suitable for whole-cucumber pickling.
