Richter

Cucumber Richter is an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid intended for cultivation in greenhouses, polytunnels, and under plastic coverings. The maturation period is 43-46 days, allowing harvest as early as late spring. The plant is vigorous and climbing, with 100% female flowering, ensuring stable fruit formation without the need for pollination.

The fruits of cucumber Richter are cylindrical, 10-12 cm long and weighing 80-120 g. They are uniformly dark green, have large and frequent bumps, dense texture, and pleasant aroma. The hybrid is genetically free of bitterness, making it especially attractive to consumers. The fruit skin is bumpy, and the length can reach up to 20 cm, expanding the possibilities for use of the harvest.

The hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 17 kg per square meter — as well as resistance to true powdery mildew and root rot. Richter has high stress resistance, enabling successful cultivation under various protected ground conditions. The fruits withstand transportation and long-term storage well, making this variety universal and convenient for both commercial cultivation and home use.
