Cucumber ALFATEN

Alfalenn — an early parthenocarpic cucumber variety, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant has a weakly branched bushy type with female flowering, ensuring stable and abundant fruiting. Leaves are medium-sized, dark green, and the cucumbers are elongated-cylindrical with a smooth surface and sparse white hairs. Fruits reach 9-12 cm in length and 50-180 g in weight, characterized by a deep green color and fine-warty texture with tender skin. The variety has high yield — 12 to 15 kg per square meter, with fruiting beginning as early as 42-45 days after emergence. Cucumbers have excellent flavor, are free from bitterness, and exhibit high transportability. Due to these qualities, Alfalenn cucumbers are suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, canning, and marinating. The plant is resistant to major diseases such as cladosporiosis, fusarium, true and false powdery mildew, and tolerant to sharp temperature fluctuations, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. The versatility of this variety allows its use in both private plots and commercial cultivation for market sale. High fruit juiciness and attractive appearance make Alfalenn popular among consumers. This variety combines early maturity, disease resistance, and superior taste, ensuring a stable and prolonged harvest throughout the season.
