Barvina F1 cucumber is a high-yielding parthenocarpic hybrid of the cornichon type with an early maturity period of 40-45 days. The medium-statured generative plant forms its main harvest on the central stem, ensuring stable fruiting. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation both in plastic greenhouses and in open ground, demonstrating high productivity under various conditions, including saline soils and shade tolerance.

The fruits of the Barvina cucumber have a cylindrical shape, dark green color with white stripes, and a large-warted surface. The average fruit weight ranges from 70 to 90 grams, with a length of 10-12 cm, after which growth slows down. The length-to-diameter ratio is approximately 3.1:1. The flesh remains crisp even after canning, making this hybrid versatile for both fresh consumption and processing.
