Job's tears "Vikrav" – an erect, dense bush with a well-developed fibrous root system, ensuring excellent drought resistance and winter hardiness. The plant is characterized by medium height and high bushiness, with a round, glabrous stem. Leaves are green, linear, and sparsely pubescent, promoting efficient photosynthesis.
The seeds of the "Vikrav" variety are elongated-lanceolate, light brown, with short awns. Inflorescences are complex, oval-shaped spikes of medium density, also light brown. The spike has an inverted egg-shaped shape, making it convenient for harvesting and processing.
The variety is distinguished by high productivity: the yield of green mass reaches 26.0 t/ha, hay – 7.0 t/ha, and seeds – 0.65 t/ha. "Vikrav" is suitable for mowing-pasture use and grows well on saline soils. Early and rapid vegetative development in spring ensures stable fodder productivity for a decade.
