Description Takt
Corn Takt is a simple modified hybrid with FAO 200, intended for cultivation in all climatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe. This early-maturing hybrid has a vegetation period of 91-100 days and reaches a height of 205-235 cm, facilitating mechanized harvesting. Seeds are packed in 80,000 units and undergo fungicide treatment, enhancing their resistance to diseases and adverse conditions. Hybrid Takt is distinguished by high drought, lodging, head, stalk rot, and dark disease resistance, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield even under challenging weather conditions. Plants have strong stems resistant to stretching and breakage, further reducing the risk of yield losses. Yield potential reaches 11 tons per hectare, with a grain yield of 86%. The dent-type grain contains a high starch content (72-72.7%) and protein (9.8-10.4%), making it valuable for various applications. For effective cultivation, it is recommended to apply the soil herbicide Tolazin Ultra at a rate of 3 L/ha to control weeds. Optimal preceding crops for Corn Takt include peas, potatoes, winter wheat, sugar beet, soybean, and winter barley. For seed storage, maintain air temperature within the range of +7-10°C and humidity no higher than 10%. All these characteristics make hybrid Takt a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve high and stable grain yields.
