SY TRIVIUS — a mid-early maturing corn hybrid with FAO 290, designed for obtaining a stable grain yield under various soil-climatic conditions in Ukraine. This hybrid is characterized by high adaptability and performs well in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia zones. Due to its erect leaf form, the plant efficiently utilizes solar energy for photosynthesis, contributing to high yield potential even under stress conditions.
The SY TRIVIUS hybrid exhibits rapid grain moisture loss, enabling early and efficient harvest. It possesses high drought tolerance, cold resistance, and resistance to major diseases such as root and stalk rots, as well as downy mildew. The recommended plant density at harvest varies depending on soil moisture levels, ensuring optimal conditions for grain formation.
For successful cultivation of SY TRIVIUS, planting is recommended at soil temperatures between +6°C and +12°C, with optimal seed depth. The hybrid is suitable for early planting and early harvest. However, high rates of sulfonylurea herbicides are not recommended. SY TRIVIUS is a highly adaptive and high-yielding hybrid that meets the requirements of modern agronomic technologies and climatic conditions in Ukraine.
