DMS Medeu

DMS Medeu is a high-yielding hybrid sweet corn with a maturity group of FAO 530, developed for high productivity under various climatic conditions in Ukraine, including steppe and forest-steppe regions. The hybrid features a strong root system and drought tolerance, enabling successful cultivation even under water deficit. Its high yield potential reaches up to 167 centners per hectare, making it an attractive choice for farms aiming for stable and high yields.

DMS Medeu plants reach a height of 260–280 cm and have a sturdy stem resistant to lodging, ensuring reliability during mechanized harvest. The ear attachment height is 100–110 cm, facilitating threshing. The grain is cream-colored and toothed, guaranteeing high product quality. The ear contains 16–20 rows of kernels, contributing to the hybrid's high productivity.

The hybrid exhibits high tolerance to major corn diseases, including common smut, fusarium, root and stalk rot.
