Description Sumumba
Sumumba sweet corn is a mid-early hybrid with a silvery-ridged kernel type, exhibiting high yield potential. This hybrid is characterized by its plasticity and stability under various agro-climatic conditions, making it a universal solution for cultivation in steppes, forest-steppes, and meadows. Seeds are supplied in packages of 80,000 units, convenient for large-scale planting.

One of the key features of Sumumba is its strong stalk, providing resistance to lodging and reducing losses during harvest. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to several diseases, including Fusarium of ear and stalk, helminthosporium, blister and powdery mildew, significantly reducing the risk of quality and market value reduction of grain. Thanks to these characteristics, Sumumba ensures stable and high yields even under various weather and soil conditions.

Recommended planting dates for this hybrid are optimal at soil temperature of +10°C, however it also shows good early growth energy at temperature of +8°C. The hybrid effectively utilizes the nutrient area and agro-facilities of the farm, contributing to the profitability of cultivation. High drought tolerance and water efficiency make Sumumba a reliable choice for farmers aiming to obtain high-quality and stable sugar corn yields.
