ES Ranger

The ES Ranger corn hybrid is a high-yielding mid-early maturity hybrid with FAO 260, intended for grain production. Plants reach a height of approximately 310 cm and have a cream-colored, dent-type kernel with 14-16 rows. The 1000-kernel weight is about 315 g, indicating high grain quality. The hybrid is recommended for optimal planting times at temperatures of +10 °C and is suitable for late harvest, providing flexibility in agronomic practices.

ES Ranger demonstrates high adaptability to various climatic conditions, particularly in the Polissia, Forest Steppe, and Steppe regions of Ukraine. It shows high resistance to drought, lodging, and major diseases such as fusarium, helminthosporium, and ear and blister rust. Resistance levels to these stress factors are rated 7-9, ensuring stable yields even under adverse conditions.

The ES Ranger hybrid is recommended for cultivation using intensive and medium-intensive technologies with a planting density of 70-75 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture and 60-65 thousand plants per hectare under insufficient moisture. Strong stalks and high disease tolerance reduce losses during harvest, while high energy efficiency and early growth promote rapid plant development. Seed packaging contains 80 thousand seeds, which is convenient for planning planting operations.
