ES MYLORD

The ES MYLORD corn hybrid is a high-yielding, mid-season variety developed by European breeders and intended for cultivation in forest-steppe and steppe zones of Ukraine. It is distinguished by high yield stability under various climatic conditions, especially in drought-prone areas, thanks to its drought resistance and adaptability to different soil types. The plant reaches a height of up to 295 cm, with ear attachment at 125 cm, ensuring good resistance to lodging and strong winds. The hybrid is suitable for both grain and silage use, expanding its application in agriculture. ES MYLORD grain is cream-colored with a 1000-grain weight of approximately 350 g and a grain yield of 80-84%. The ear contains 16-18 rows with about 33 kernels per row, contributing to high yield potential of up to 150 centners per hectare under proper agronomic practices. The hybrid is characterized by strong initial growth energy and a robust root system, ensuring good plant development even under extensive and intermediate cultivation technologies. Grain moisture loss during maturation occurs efficiently, facilitating harvest and improving crop quality. ES MYLORD exhibits high resistance to major corn diseases such as stalk and ear fusarium, helmintosporiosis, and common rust, and is tolerant to pests and stress factors.
