Maize Stels

Betting on Stable Yields

When you walk into a field of 'Stels' corn from STOV LNZ-Agro, the first thing you notice is the uniformity of the crops. For an agronomist, this is the main indicator that the hybrid behaves predictably even under imperfect conditions. This hybrid is a workhorse that doesn't require constant babysitting, yet provides stable results across the board with proper management.

Field Experience and Performance

• Start: The emergence is uniform; with optimal soil temperature, 'Stels' shows vigorous initial growth, allowing it to close the rows faster and minimize weed competition.
• Moisture Release: This is a critical point before harvest. The hybrid demonstrates excellent drying dynamics, which significantly saves the budget on grain drying. When the combine goes through the field, the grain comes out clean, well-filled, and with good test weight.

Economic Impact

Working with STOV LNZ-Agro products, you realize it’s a choice for balanced genetics. In dry seasons, the hybrid shows worthy adaptability, maintaining good ear filling, which directly affects the final tonnage in the barn.

In summary: if your goal is to secure your feed base or obtain reliable commercial grain with minimal risks, this variety is an excellent addition to your crop rotation.
