Description DS1176B
Hybrid corn DS1176B is a highly remontant, three-row hybrid with intermediate kernel type, intended for grain production. This mid-early hybrid exhibits high resistance to temperature fluctuations, including cold snaps, heat, and drought, making it especially valuable for cultivation under various climatic conditions such as the Polissia, forest-steppe, and steppe regions. Thanks to its good water shedding during maturation, the hybrid yields high-quality grain with a potential of up to 16 tons per hectare under favorable conditions.

DS1176B plants reach a height of 240 to 270 cm and possess a strong root system that promotes rapid development in early growth stages. A sturdy stalk prevents lodging at the base and along the stem, while broad, erect leaves ensure excellent phytosanitary conditions for crops. The medium-sized ear is positioned 110-120 cm above soil surface and contains 14-16 rows of kernels, each with 28 to 35 kernels. The 1000-kernel weight ranges from 280 to 320 grams.

Recommended plant density at harvest varies depending on growing conditions: 75-85 thousand plants per hectare under favorable conditions, and 55-60 thousand under unstable conditions. Hybrid DS1176B is well-adapted to early planting dates and can withstand maximum seeding rates, allowing effective utilization of its potential in various agronomic systems.
