Dneprovsky 284 MV

Corn hybrid Dneprovsky 284 MV is a high-quality hybrid developed for obtaining stable and high yields under various agro-climatic conditions. This hybrid features a strong root system, providing resistance to lodging and efficient use of soil moisture. Plants reach a height of approximately 200–240 cm, have yellow-orange dent kernels with a 1000-kernel weight ranging from 260–300 g, indicating high grain quality and market value. The hybrid exhibits good plasticity to planting density and is suitable for cultivation across all regions of Ukraine, including the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia. Thanks to its optimal vegetation period, corn reaches maturity by the third decade of September, ensuring optimal grain moisture for storage and processing. The hybrid is suitable for both grain production and silage use, with potential grain yields of 120–125 centners per hectare and silage mass of 580–630 centners per hectare. Recommended productive plant density varies by region: approximately 50–60 thousand plants per hectare in the Steppe, 70–80 thousand in the Forest-Steppe, and 75–90 thousand in the Polissia. These characteristics make Dneprovsky 284 MV a reliable choice for farmers seeking high efficiency and crop stability.
