Dneprovsky 476 MV

Corn hybrid Dneprovsky 476 MV is designed for cultivation as grain or silage. This mid- and early-maturing hybrid features a strong root system and high resistance to adverse conditions, including drought and diseases. Plants reach a height of 200–240 cm, have upright and sturdy stems, reducing the risk of lodging and breakage. The cylindrical ear, approximately 20 cm long, contains 16 rows of kernels, each with 34–40 dent or semi-dent kernels of yellow-orange color.

The hybrid demonstrates high yield potential: grain yield potential is 120–125 c/ha, and silage mass yield is 580–630 c/ha. The 1000-kernel weight varies between 280–300 g. Due to its high plasticity to seed density and good response to mineral fertilizer application, Dneprovsky 476 MV successfully adapts to various agro-climatic conditions across all regions of Ukraine. Recommended plant population depends on the cultivation zone and ranges from 50 to 90 thousand plants per hectare.

Special attention has been paid to the hybrid's resistance to stress factors: it exhibits high immunity to major diseases and pests, and tolerates drought and cold well. These qualities make Dneprovsky 476 MV a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve stable and high-quality corn yields suitable for both animal feed and industrial use.
