AGRO JANUS — this is a tall and robust corn hybrid with high ear attachment, reaching 100-130 cm. Plants grow up to 270-310 cm in height, ensuring good productivity and resistance. The hybrid is characterized by rapid early growth and high cold resistance, making it suitable for early planting. The grain type is starchy, with intermediate coloring: the top part of the kernel is yellow, and the bottom is yellow-orange. The number of rows of kernels on the ear ranges from 12-14, and the number of kernels per row is 32-42. The 1000-kernel weight varies from 280 to 310 grams. AGRO JANUS is a mid-early hybrid with FAO 240 and a vegetative period of approximately 121 days. It is included in the State Register for the Central Chernozem region and is intended for grain and silage production. The hybrid exhibits stable high yield: the potential grain yield reaches 140 ц/ha, and green mass yield reaches up to 700 ц/ha. The average grain yield in the region is about 72.8 ц/ha, which is 38.7% higher than the standard. The grain moisture at harvest is approximately 29.5%, and dry matter content is 41.8%, exceeding standard values.
