Description BAZAR
Coriander «BAZAR» is a spice obtained from the seeds of the plant, widely used in cooking to impart a characteristic aroma and flavor to dishes. Ground coriander is excellent for frying, preparing various dishes, as well as an addition to salads and vinaigrettes. Its unique spicy aroma and flavor make it an indispensable component in a spice set for diverse culinary recipes.

The coriander plant is a cold-hardy crop that grows well in open ground on deeply processed and moistened soils. Seeds are sown in spring at temperatures from +5°C, while the plant can withstand light frosts. Coriander reaches a height of 25–35 cm, has green juicy leaves with a distinctly pronounced aroma. For a stable and prolonged harvest, repeated sowing every 10–15 days is recommended. Coriander leaves are rich in vitamins of group B, C, P, and also contain pectin and tannins, making them beneficial for health.

The «BAZAR» coriander variety differs in medium ripeness, maturing 30–50 days after sowing. The plant forms a raised leaf rosette, well-leafy and aromatic. The plant weight is about 50 grams, which makes it convenient for growing greenery in open ground. Due to the pleasant aroma and delicate taste, coriander greens are widely used in salads and other dishes as a seasoning. For continuous harvest collection, sowings should be repeated every 2–3 weeks.
