Albin

Albin is an early-maturing vegetable pea variety characterized by the absence of a hard layer in the pods. The plants have bushy growth and reach a medium height of about 45 cm. The harvest ripens 58-63 days after germination, allowing for fresh peas to be harvested quickly.

The pea pods reach a length of 15-16 cm and a width of 1-1.2 cm, each containing 6 to 8 seeds. The seeds are white, round, and large, making them appealing for various culinary purposes. Due to these characteristics, this variety is ideal for preparing first courses, appetizers, and home preserves.
