Celery Avrora

Stalk celery variety 'Aurora' is a mid-season plant with a spreading leaf rosette and a height of up to 55 cm. The stalks of this variety are powerful, yellow-green in color, and up to 22 cm or more in length, which ensures ease of use and an attractive appearance. Due to the high content of vitamins, mineral salts, including potassium and phosphorus, as well as essential oils, the celery has excellent taste qualities and a rich aroma.

This variety is characterized by high yield and disease resistance, making it a reliable choice for growing. Additionally, 'Aurora' withstands transportation well and maintains its marketable appearance for a long time, which is important for commercial use and storage. Sowing for seedlings is recommended in March, followed by planting according to a 20-30 x 50 cm scheme, and harvesting is carried out from July to September.

Celery 'Aurora' is versatile in application: its stalks are suitable for fresh consumption, stewing, and canning. These features make the variety in demand for both home use and market sales, providing a variety of cooking and preservation methods.
