Description CHERNOOMOR
Chernoomor is a mid-season eggplant variety with a maturation period of 100-110 days, intended for cultivation in film covers and greenhouses. The plants are tall, reaching heights of up to 1.2 meters, which requires bush formation by removing side shoots and leaves up to the first fork to improve ventilation and lighting. Sowing seeds for seedlings is recommended at the end of February, pricking out at the seedling leaf stage, and transplanting seedlings at the end of May with a planting scheme of 40x60 cm.

The fruits of the Chernoomor variety have an elongated cylindrical shape up to 20 cm long with a dark purple glossy color. Fruit mass ranges from 250 to 300 grams. The flesh is of medium density, without bitterness, making eggplants of this variety particularly attractive for culinary use. The variety is valued for high yield and fruit uniformity, which facilitates harvesting and subsequent processing.

Yield reaches up to 16 kg per square meter, indicating its productivity and economic benefit for growing in protected ground. Thanks to its characteristics, Chernoomor is suitable for both home growing and commercial production, providing a stable and high-quality eggplant crop with excellent taste qualities.
