Description
MAMBO® celery is a high-yielding variety of stalk and leaf celery that is successfully grown in various climatic conditions. This variety is distinguished by its excellent taste qualities and is suitable for both fresh consumption and canning. Due to its characteristics, MAMBO® is an excellent choice for producing quality vegetables.
The Mambó F1 hybrid is characterized by an early maturity period and is intended for summer and autumn harvest. The plant rosette has a semi-erect to erect type, leaves of rich green color, and stalks of medium length, smooth and long, with a juicy and crisp structure. The lack of anthocyanin coloration in the stalks gives them an attractive appearance. This variety has good resistance to bolting, which increases its reliability in cultivation.
Mambó F1 is an ideal choice for fresh marketing due to its taste qualities and appearance. Celery of this variety is widely used in cooking and canning, making it a versatile vegetable for various purposes.
