Carrot TOPCUT

Carrot variety TOPCUT is a medium-early, high-yielding Nantes-type variety, distinguished by its versatility in cultivation under various agroclimatic conditions, including loamy and clay soils. The vegetation period ranges from 100 to 115 days from germination, allowing harvest from June to October. Seeds exhibit high germination rates and can be sown in spring or under winter cover. The variety is heat-tolerant and resistant to a broad spectrum of diseases, including gray and white mold, as well as pests, ensuring stable and high-quality yields. TOPCUT carrots have a cylindrical shape, vibrant orange color, and length ranging from 16 to 23 cm. Average fruit weight varies from 90 to 165 grams. The flesh is juicy, crisp, sweet-tasting, with a citrusy core, making this variety especially attractive for fresh consumption, culinary use, juice and puree preparation. Carrots are resistant to cracking, enhancing their market appeal and commercial value. TOPCUT is characterized by high yield — up to 4-5 kg per square meter — and excellent storability and transportability without quality loss. Thanks to these qualities, carrots store well in root cellars and basements until spring, making them an excellent choice for winter storage and processing. This variety is ideal for home use, fresh consumption, and industrial applications, combining high carotene and vitamin content with pleasant taste characteristics.
