Newton F1 — a mid-season carrot hybrid of the Chantenay type, intended for cultivation in open ground. The vegetation period is 110-120 days, allowing for harvest at optimal times. The roots are bright orange, conical, short in length, weighing 100-200 grams. Thanks to high dry matter content (11.2%) and sugar levels (BRIX 8.8%), the carrots have excellent flavor and are suitable for both fresh consumption and storage.

The hybrid features a strong, upright leafy canopy, promoting good plant development and high yields. Newton F1 is resistant to major diseases indicated as IR: Ar/Cc, ensuring stable yields and reducing the need for intensive plant protection. The carrots are suitable for mechanical harvesting, simplifying the harvest process and improving production efficiency.

The recommended planting density is 0.7 to 1.2 million plants per hectare, enabling optimal land use and maximum yield.
