Forward F1 corn is a high-yielding ultra-early hybrid of sweet corn of American selection, possessing excellent taste qualities and high marketability. The plant reaches a height of up to 1.7 meters and forms ears of 20 to 24 cm in length with bright yellow large grains arranged in 16-18 rows. Due to the SH2 sugar content, this hybrid is distinguished by its super-sweet taste, making it in demand both for fresh consumption and for processing and cooking.
Forward F1 is characterized by plasticity and disease resistance, which allows growing it in various climatic conditions with stable productivity. The plant forms an average of 1.5 marketable ears, which are located at a height of about 60 cm from the ground. A powerful root system ensures active corn nutrition, promoting rapid growth and development.
Forward F1 corn seeds are treated with a fungicide and are supplied in packages of 2,500 and 25,000 pieces. It is recommended to sow them directly into heated soil at a temperature of +12 to +15 °C or in seedling trays. To achieve maximum yield, the hybrid should be grown using intensive technologies, including irrigation and fertilization.
