Cabbage JOYCHOY

Joychoy is an early-maturing hybrid of leafy cabbage that does not form a head. The plant reaches a height of about 25 centimeters and is characterized by a spherical rosette of dark green leaves with thick, flat white petioles that have a fleshy base. This structure gives the cabbage an attractive appearance and makes it convenient for culinary use. The leaves are low in calories, rich in trace elements and fiber, making this hybrid particularly valuable for dietary nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

The Joychoy hybrid is distinguished by high yield and good adaptability to various climatic conditions. It is resistant to both heat and cold, as well as to bolting, which allows it to be grown in different regions and under various weather conditions. To obtain a high-quality harvest, the seedling method is recommended: seeds are sown at the end of March in containers with loose fertile soil, and after the appearance of 4-6 leaves, the seedlings are transplanted into greenhouses with a distance between plants of 25-30 cm. For a continuous supply of fresh greens, sowings are repeated with an interval of 10 days.

Joychoy is suitable for harvesting at a young age of the plants, which allows obtaining tender and juicy leaves with fleshy petioles. Due to its qualities and versatility, this hybrid is a quality standard in North America and is popular among gardeners and professional agrarians. It can be used fresh, as well as for preparing various dishes, which makes it an indispensable component in the diet of healthy nutrition.
