Tsunami cabbage is a high-yielding early-leafy variety with a short growing season — from 42 to 50 days. The plant forms a compact rosette of leaves with a diameter of 35-42 cm and a height of about 27-30 cm. The leaves are oval-round, medium-sized, about 24-25 cm long, with dense and juicy white stalks. The cabbage has a tender and juicy flavor, resembling Chinese cabbage, making it versatile for various salads and dishes. The mass of one plant varies from 110 to 250 grams, and the yield reaches up to 2.5 kg per square meter.

The Tsunami variety is distinguished by its high resistance to low temperatures and diseases, which allows it to be grown both through seedlings and by direct sowing into open ground. Up to 3-4 harvests can be obtained in a season, with the most high-quality and abundant yield achieved when seeds are sown in August. The cabbage withstands cold well and can be grown in various climatic conditions, making it attractive for gardeners.
