Cabbage RANITOP

Why «Ranitop» is the choice for the early market

Red cabbage is a demanding crop, and finding the perfect balance between early maturity and marketability is often a challenge. The «Ranitop» hybrid, developed by German breeders Satimex Quedlinburg and supplied by «Ooo Agroplaneta», offers a specialized solution for those looking to capture the market demand for fresh produce early in the season.

Key Advantages

• Maturity Speed: With a growing period of 60–70 days from transplanting, Ranitop is among the first to hit store shelves when the demand for high-quality, healthy vegetables is at its peak.
• Consistent Sizing: Heads weigh between 1.0 and 2.0 kg. This size is ideal for retail chains, providing customers with a convenient portion-sized head that is easy to transport and prepare.
• Superior Aesthetics: A deep, vibrant purple color is the trademark of this hybrid. Its dense structure and visual appeal make it stand out against less saturated varieties.

Usage and Limitations

It is important to note that Ranitop is designed specifically for the fresh market. Its storage potential is limited to 1–2 months. Attempting to store it for long winter periods is not recommended; its genetic focus is on tissue tenderness and rapid yield, rather than the long-term shelf life of late-season varieties. It is an optimal choice for farms working with direct retail contracts or established market vendors.

German breeding ensures high plant uniformity. With proper agronomic practices, you will achieve almost simultaneous harvesting, which is critical for both mechanical and systematic manual labor. «Ranitop» by «Ooo Agroplaneta» is a reliable professional tool for filling market niches in early summer, providing consumers with a premium-quality product.
