Cabbage AIKIDO

Aikido Cabbage is a mid-season hybrid of Chinese cabbage, maturing in 65-70 days. The plant forms a semi-erect rosette of leaves of medium size, with an egg-shaped form, green color, and a bubbly surface with light fuzzing. The leaf vein is concave, medium width at the base, and white, which gives the leaves a characteristic appearance.

Aikido cabbage heads have an egg-shaped form, medium density, and semi-open structure. Their mass reaches about 2 kg, and when cut, they are distinguished by a yellow color. This hybrid is characterized by good taste and high market quality, making it attractive for growing both by experienced gardeners and farmers engaged in small-scale production.

It is recommended to use Aikido cabbage primarily in fresh form, as well as for short-term storage. The yield is about 2.5 kg per square meter, which ensures a stable and quality harvest.
