PACIFICO

Pacifico Chinese Cabbage F1 is a mid-early hybrid developed by the Dutch company Bejo Zaden. This variety is characterized by high productivity and is suitable for cultivation via seedlings as well as direct sowing in open or protected soil. The vegetative period is approximately 60-65 days, allowing for harvest in a relatively short time. The cabbage withstands temperature fluctuations and stressful conditions, such as lack of moisture or high temperatures, thanks to its powerful root system and high resistance to black leg.

PACIFICO fruits have a cylindrical shape and weigh between 1.2 and 2 kg. The leaves are dark green with a crinkled surface, giving the heads an attractive commercial appearance. Outer leaves tightly cover the head, ensuring good preservation and high transportability of the product. The cabbage differs in its tender taste and high taste qualities, making it ideal for fresh consumption, and also suitable for processing.

This hybrid is versatile in application and can be grown during spring-summer and autumn periods. It is suitable for sale on fresh markets and for sale in hypermarkets due to its high commercial value and attractive appearance. Despite the short shelf life, Pacifico cabbage retains its qualities during transportation and marketing, making it a profitable choice for farmers and trading enterprises.
