Universal beans are seeds that can be used both in the garden and in the kitchen. They are easy to grow even for beginners: sowing is done early, at temperatures of 17–18 °C, and the plants do not like shading. Thanks to their cold hardiness, you can grow them in cool climatic conditions without the risk of crop loss.
The bean harvest is abundant and lasts a long time: dry or frozen products are stored until spring, retaining all their nutritional properties. The seeds are rich in proteins and contain minimal fat, making them an excellent alternative to lean meat. In the kitchen, they become a versatile ingredient – salads, soups, vegetable cutlets, purees, stews with vegetables, mushrooms or meat, soy pâté, rolls and casseroles are prepared from them.
The Universal bean mix includes three varieties of table vegetable and delicacy beans with different maturation periods – from 65 to 85 days after seedling emergence. This allows for planning sowings in different periods of the year, as well as obtaining diverse product taste qualities. Thanks to such flexibility, you can use beans both in a home garden and for commercial purposes, obtaining a stable harvest and a wide variety of dishes.
