Beans RUSSIAN WHITE

Reliable Yields in Early Terms

The Russian White (Russkie Belye) variety, developed by experts at the Federal Scientific Center for Vegetable Growing, is a staple choice for those who value consistency in agricultural production. This variety is specifically engineered for open-field cultivation, offering a predictable and high-quality harvest.

Key Features and Benefits

• Early Maturity: With a growing season of 75-90 days, this variety ensures you can harvest before the peak of summer heat, which is essential for healthy legume development.
• Plant Morphology: Reaching a height of 61-80 cm, the plants are sturdy and generally do not require complex staking systems, simplifying management.
• Pod Quality: The pods, measuring 11-14 cm, are well-filled with variegated seeds, making them highly marketable and efficient for manual harvesting.

Usage and Cultivation Insights

Unlike many modern hybrids that demand intensive fertilizer programs, the Russian White variety is notably adaptive. It performs exceptionally well in moderate climates, making it an excellent candidate for small-scale farms and domestic vegetable plots. The variegated seed color is a hallmark of this variety, indicating high nutritional density and specific antioxidant content, ideal for soups, side dishes, and fresh consumption.

Why choose this variety? If you prioritize reliability and consistent productivity over complex genetic traits, this variety is a proven 'workhorse'. It is robust, easy to manage, and yields a culinary-grade product that meets the expectations of both local markets and home kitchens. It is particularly recommended for growers who avoid heavy pesticide use and look for a sustainable, natural-growing vegetable culture.
