Description YANKEL BIALY
Yankel Bialy – a mid-early variety of legume with high productivity and uniform maturation. The vegetative period from germination to harvest is 75–90 days, allowing for planting planning in late April – early May. The plants are upright, 80–120 cm high, have a medium-white snowflake structure, and form 8 to 12 pods per plant.

The pods of this variety are large, long, and wide, with a strongly curved external shape. At milk ripeness, they are white in color, and at full maturity – beige. The fleshy inner layer ensures good taste qualities, making them suitable both for fresh consumption and for further processing: freezing, culinary processing, or canning.

Yankel Bialy adapts well to various soil conditions, primarily growing on moist peaty and heavy clay soils. Planting is done at a depth of 5 cm with plant spacing of 20×60 cm, which ensures optimal use of space and minimizes resource competition. The variety is known for its resistance to diseases and long-term seed storage without loss of taste properties.
