Bean ULYASHA

The Ulyasha variety of bean is a mid-early vegetable variety of asparagus beans with a bushy, dwarf plant type. The leaves are green, medium-sized, and wrinkled, while the flowers are white and also medium-sized. The pods at technical maturity are straight, long, and wide, light green in color, with a transverse elliptical or oval cross-section. They lack a parchment layer and hard fibers, which ensures a pleasant texture when consumed. The lower pods attach at a height of 10-12 cm from the soil surface. The mass of 100 pods is about 650-700 grams, and the mass of 1000 seeds is approximately 470-500 grams. The taste quality of the product is assessed as good, making the variety attractive for culinary use, canning, and freezing.

The Ulyasha variety is characterized by high yield, reaching approximately 1.2 kg of beans per square meter, confirming its potential for cultivation in personal subsidiary holdings. The seeds have an elliptical shape, white color with light venation, and medium size, which facilitates their processing and planting. Due to the absence of a parchment layer and fibers, the beans are easy to prepare and have a pleasant taste, making them versatile in application.

Moreover, the Ulyasha variety is characterized by a high content of biologically active substances, including polyphenols and antioxidants, which increases its nutritional value and health benefits. Studies show that beans of this variety contain a significant amount of water-soluble antioxidants and ascorbic acid, which helps strengthen immunity and overall health. All these qualities make Ulyasha beans an excellent choice for cultivation and use in various culinary purposes.
