ULYASHA

The Ulyasha variety of bean is a mid-early vegetable variety of asparagus beans with a bushy, dwarf plant type. The leaves are green, medium-sized, and wrinkled, while the flowers are white and also medium-sized. The pods at technical maturity are straight, long, and wide, light green in color, with a transverse elliptical or oval cross-section. They lack a parchment layer and hard fibers, which ensures a pleasant texture when consumed. The lower pods attach at a height of 10-12 cm from the soil surface. The mass of 100 pods is about 650-700 grams, and the mass of 1000 seeds is approximately 470-500 grams. The taste quality of the product is assessed as good, making the variety attractive for culinary use, canning, and freezing.


The Ulyasha variety is characterized by high yield, reaching approximately 1.2 kg of beans per square meter, confirming its potential for cultivation in personal subsidiary holdings.
