Kapriz

Eggplant Capriz is an early-maturing hybrid intended for growing both in open and protected ground. The plant is bushy, tall, reaching a height of about 1.6 meters, has a compact shape and abundant fruiting. The fruits have a cylindrical shape, are smooth, dark purple in color with white flesh that contains no bitterness. Each fruit weighs approximately 180-200 grams, making them convenient for various culinary purposes.

This hybrid is characterized by high fruit setting even under unfavorable weather conditions, which ensures stable and abundant yield. Under film coverings, yield reaches 6-7 kg per square meter. Capriz is distinguished by high marketability and good suitability for transport, making it attractive for both home use and commercial cultivation.

Eggplant Capriz requires careful care as it is a heat-loving crop sensitive to low temperatures, drafts, and improper soil moisture. The optimal temperature for growth is in the range of +22 to +28 °C. It is recommended to use this hybrid for home cooking, canning, pickling, and processing into caviar, thanks to its excellent taste qualities and absence of bitterness in the flesh.
