Aster Lebedine Lake

Regal Classic with Character

"Lebedyne Ozero" (Swan Lake) is not merely an annual aster; it is a selection product from the Institute of Horticulture of the NAAS, which has been proving its reputation in Ukrainian gardens for decades. Unlike mass-market hybrid novelties, this variety demonstrates remarkable stem stability combined with impressive dimensions.

Why Choose This Variety

The standout feature of this plant is its semi-spherical inflorescences, reaching up to 15 cm in diameter. The deep, intense blue hue of the petals lends an aristocratic air to the garden, making it an ideal focal point for formal flower beds. Standing up to 80 cm tall, the plant maintains a powerful and confident presence even in solitary plantings.

• Bush Architecture: The tall stems (50-80 cm) do not require mandatory staking, provided the site is sheltered from strong winds.
• Flowering: The bloom structure is complex and dense, allowing the flowers to retain their decorative appeal long after being cut.
• Practicality: As an annual crop, "Lebedyne Ozero" requires no winter protection or fuss—once the season ends, the plot is completely cleared for your next planting scheme.

Who Is This Variety For?

This variety is a find for those who value predictable results. It is optimal for:

• Country house owners planning "cool-toned" garden borders.
• Florists seeking high-quality material for mono-bouquets, where both longevity and deep, natural color are essential.

Important Considerations: This is not a "lazy" plant. To achieve the stated 15 cm flower diameter, the plant requires fertile soil and regular watering. In poor or dry soil, the aster will maintain its height, but the bloom volume may shrink. If you are looking for a statement flower that looks sophisticated and substantial, this variety is your informed choice.
