Annual asters 'Princess' are compact bushes with a pyramidal shape, reaching a height of 70–80 cm and a width of 45–50 cm. Each stem, 30–35 cm long, bears dense inflorescences of dark blue color, flat hemispherical shape, and a diameter of 12–14 cm. They have a double-flowered appearance and create a bright, contrasting composition in the flower bed or in a vase.
This aster blooms at the end of August and continues to bloom until the first frosts. Thanks to its drought resistance and ability to withstand partial shade, the plant easily fits various landscape conditions – from sunny flower beds to semi-shade. It is ideal for growing in open ground, as well as for use in vases and arrangements with cut flowers.
The 'Princess' seeds are sown at the end of April or beginning of May. After germination, the plant develops quickly, and its cold hardiness ensures a long blooming period. Thanks to its bright, dark blue inflorescences and compact growth, this aster will be an exquisite accent in any garden design or wedding bouquets and holiday arrangements.
