The Astranova variety VERONICA is an annual plant with a sprawling, heavily branched bush reaching a height of 65 to 80 cm and a width of about 45-55 cm. The flower stems are sturdy, ranging from 35 to 50 cm in length, ensuring the stability of the inflorescences and ease of harvesting. The bushes are abundantly covered with flowers from July and continue to bloom until the first frosts, creating an impressive decorative effect throughout the season.
The inflorescences of the VERONICA asters have a flat-round or flat-spherical shape and differ in a dense-petalled structure. The diameter of the flowers varies from 8 to 15 cm, and the color ranges from lilac and violet to dark blue, giving the plant an exquisite and attractive appearance. During mass flowering, up to 15-20 inflorescences can open on a single bush, evenly distributed across the entire surface of the plant.
This variety is excellent for use in cut flowers due to sturdy flower stems and a long lifespan of cut flowers, which do not wither quickly. Asters are sown in April-May to a depth of 1-1.5 cm with row spacing of 20x40 cm. Flowering begins in late July or August and continues until the first frosts, allowing for the creation of beautiful bouquets and decorating flower beds for an extended period.
