Bride of Christ

The annual aster variety "Bride of Christ" is a compact, upright plant about 65-70 cm tall with an oval bush shape and a dense, branched structure. The leaves are green, oval with double-serrated edges, while the sturdy flower stalks reach up to 38 cm, ensuring reliable support for large inflorescences. The bush forms 6-8 large surface-positioned inflorescences, which add ornamental value and ease for cutting.

The inflorescences of this variety feature white coloration and a ruffled, semi-spherical, or spherical shape with a diameter of 10 to 16 cm. The ligule-type petals are long, twisted into tubes, and curve upward, covering the central disk of short yellow tubular flowers. This structure gives the flowers density and expressiveness, making them attractive for both ornamental plantings and cutting.

The "Bride of Christ" variety blooms from late August until frost, allowing you to enjoy its beauty for a long time. The plant prefers sunny spots with fertile soil and grows well at temperatures of 18-21 °C. Seeds are sown in March-April in a greenhouse or hotbed for growing via seedlings, or directly in the ground in April-May. Additionally, the variety exhibits resistance to fusarium, enhancing its reliability and stability in cultivation.
