Sanse Apple is a summer variety of Japanese breeding, obtained by crossing Gala and Akane varieties. The tree is of medium height, reaching about 2.7 meters, with a wide canopy. Fruit bearing begins in the third year after planting. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and resistance to major diseases, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic conditions. It is recommended to plant in open, sunny areas with fertile and well-drained soils. Sanse apple fruits have a round shape and medium size, weighing from 150 to 230 grams. The main color of the apples is yellow with a bright orange-red blush covering up to 90% of the surface, which gives the fruits an attractive commercial appearance. The flesh is juicy, dense, yellow-cream in color, with a very sweet and harmonious taste, which is considered one of the best among summer apple varieties. Harvest maturity occurs from late July to early August, and the fruiting period continues until early September. The Sanse variety is characterized by high yield and good transportability, making it suitable for industrial cultivation. Apples are well preserved for three months after harvesting, which allows them to be used both for fresh consumption and for sale in markets with a long storage period.
