The 'Crystalline Crooked Shoes' apple variety is a late-autumn universal-purpose variety, characterized by medium tree height and a rounded, medium-density canopy. The leaves have a dark green color with a bluish-yellow tint. The fruits of this variety are distinguished by their regular conical shape and medium weight of about 152 grams, with a base color of greenish-yellow and an orange covering blush. The flesh is creamy, juicy, and fine-grained, possessing a sweet-sour taste with a moderate aroma. The sugar content in the fruits is 10.8%, dry matter is 13.4%, and acidity is 0.8%. The variety is characterized by medium winter hardiness and drought resistance, as well as resistance to scab, making it reliable for growing in appropriate climatic conditions. Trees of the 'Crystalline Crooked Shoes' variety are distinguished by high winter hardiness and very high yields, reaching 148.7 centners per hectare. The fruits can be large or very large, weighing from 180 to 260 grams, with yellow skin and a marble-red blush. The flesh is light yellow, dense, very crisp, and juicy, with an excellent sweet-sour taste and a light aroma. Harvest ripeness occurs at the end of September, and when stored in a refrigerator, the fruits retain their qualities until February. For planting, a semi-dwarf rootstock 54-118 is used, thanks to which the trees quickly take root, grow intensively, and begin to bear fruit as early as the 2nd-3rd year after planting. The height of adult seedlings reaches up to 3.5 meters. The trees are well established in the soil and do not require constant support, while they do not form root suckers, which facilitates care for the garden and increases the convenience of growing this variety.
