SUMMER ALOE

Summer Apple of the 'Summer Aloe' variety is a medium-sized tree with an elongated-rounded canopy of medium density. This variety was bred by crossing Korichnoye Polostoye and Borovinka apple trees, which ensured it has high winter hardiness and frost resistance down to -40°С. The tree begins to bear fruit in the fourth or fifth year after planting, allowing for a relatively quick harvest.

The fruits of the 'Summer Aloe' variety are of medium size, with a mass reaching an average of 140 grams and a maximum of 160 grams. The apples are flat-round with a regular shape, smooth surface, and carmine-red color. The flesh is white, tender, juicy, with an excellent quality sweet-and-sour taste. The harvest season falls in the first or second decade of August, which corresponds to the summer ripening period. The fruits do not require additional ripening after harvest and reach optimal condition directly on the tree.

The variety is characterized by good yield, reaching 136 centners per hectare, as well as the commercial quality of the fruits, which makes it attractive for cultivation both in personal gardens and for commercial purposes. 'Summer Aloe' apples can be stored for up to one and a half months, which significantly exceeds the storage period of most summer varieties. Due to their taste qualities and useful properties, this variety is an excellent choice for those who value early, juicy, and aromatic apples.
