The Batta lovskoe apple variety is a late-winter variety bred by crossing the Parmen zimniy zolotoy (Golden Autumn) variety with the people's selection variety Mig-incy (Ice) of the Republic of Dagestan. This variety is recommended for the North Caucasus region and is characterized by a medium-sized or above-average tree height of 3.0 to 3.5 meters with a dense, highly rounded crown. The tree has straight, compactly arranged shoots of greenish-brown color that are moderately pubescent. The flowers are of medium size, white with a pinkish hue and a pleasant aroma.
The fruits of the Batta lovskoe variety have a medium size, weighing about 125–140 grams, and an elongated wide-cylindrical shape with a wide-ribbed surface. The coloring of the apples at consumer maturity is greenish-yellow, and the calyx is deep and sharply conical. The flesh is yellow, dense, and tender, with an acid-sweet flavor rated at 4.8–4.9 points. The variety is distinguished by high yield, reaching about 160 centners per hectare.
Batta lovskoe possesses good winter hardiness and drought resistance, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, especially in the North Caucasus region.
