Late-season variety obtained at the Scientific Research Institute of Horticulture of Siberia named after M. A. Lisavenko from crossing in 1975 the variety Zavetnoe with Kuznetsovskoe. Breeders of the variety: I. P. Kalinina, T. F. Kornienko, Z. A. Gran'kina, E. S. Orekhova, N. I. Dorokhina, G. V. Chupina. Widely grown in gardens by the population of the Altai region. Accepted for state variety trials in 1995.
Trees are medium-sized, with a moderately dense, spreading crown. Branches are relatively thin. Fruit is mainly formed on complex buds and one-year shoots.
Shoots are short, thin, curved, round in cross-section, brown, with short internodes. Leaves are medium-sized, inversely egg-shaped, elongated, dark green, matte, curved along the central vein, with serrated edges. Petioles are short, with small lanceolate stipules.
Fruits (see illustration) are very small (28-42 g), medium-sized, conical, slightly ribbed. Surface is smooth and waxy. Main color is greenish-yellow, with a solid dark red covering, skin with a strong waxy bluish coating. Peduncle is medium. Calyx is closed, above a narrow funnel-shaped subcalyx tube. Seed chambers are closed.
Flesh is creamy with pink veins, juicy, sour-sweet, good flavor, aromatic. Chemical composition of the fruit: total sugars — 11.3% (10.9-15.4), titratable acids — 0.56% (0.54-0.62), tannins — 128 mg/100g (124-133), ascorbic acid — 11.0 mg/100g (6.7-18.0), P-active substances — 235 mg/100g (124-450), pectin substances — 9.6% on dry weight.
According to fruit ripening time, the variety is late-season. It is a universal variety.
Fruits are good for fresh consumption, keep well in refrigerator for 90 days.
Fruit-bearing begins on the 3-4th year. Yields are moderate and regular. Winter hardiness is high. The variety is highly resistant to scab.
Advantages of the variety: high ecological stability, regular fruiting, high consumer qualities of the fruit.
Disadvantages of the variety: small fruits, strongly reacts to soil moisture deficiency.
