Tornado

Tornado Zucchini is an early-maturing hybrid developed by Dutch breeders, characterized by its compact bush and high yield. The plant is suitable for cultivation both in open and protected ground, making it a universal choice for various climatic conditions. It begins fruiting early and continues for a sufficiently long time, ensuring a stable harvest.

Tornado Zucchini fruits have a cylindrical shape, dark green color with small dots and very weak ribbing. The average fruit weight is about 1.2 kg, and the flesh is light green, tender, medium density and juicy, with excellent taste qualities. The leaf plate of the plant is of medium size, dark green, highly dissected with moderate spotting. Seeds are elliptical, cream-colored and of medium size.

This hybrid is characterized by high yield of marketable fruits, reaching 15.6 kg per square meter, which makes it profitable for cultivation in personal subsidiary holdings. Due to its characteristics, Tornado Zucchini is suitable for various methods of application in cooking, including preparation of fresh dishes and thermal processing.
